Collaborate – Each site will be connected with the best standards of internet and have technological capabilities which will enable staff and pupils to work together and benefit from the skills across the trust.

Enrich – Classrooms and learning spaces will be dry, warm, clean and inviting, enabling staff to deliver enriching curriculums to the highest standards.

Trust – Our sites will be places where children and staff want to be, where they will feel safe and develop through a positive experience.

Innovate – We will actively seek out projects that will offer a long term and unique approach to carbon reduction and curriculum delivery particularly for vulnerable groups.

Aspire – Our schools will be places where parents want to send their children because they will have facilities that will enable their children to flourish. 

Nurture – Our sites will reduce their environmental impact and allow children to explore and understand their outside environment in all weathers.
